Today, the team at Page went above and beyond to save my new, almost stupid-expensive winter coat from an untimely and early demise at the hands of an ill-constructed breakfast wrap. In addition to the acute care they provided me today, I've taken my dress shirts in for dry cleaning every few weeks for 5 years and they've consistently delivered on cleaning the shirts, prolonging their life, and never misplacing them. This is the second time Page has not delivered my garments when they were supposed to. Recently I sent in a jacket for repair, they picked up last Monday, I emailed on Friday confirming my jacket will be delivered on Monday. On Monday after waiting I emailed them to deliver to my neighbors as I could not wait. The response was there is damage, would you like it repaired. That was the reason you have it. Now I have to wait another week. Figured they would rush it for me and deliver it, but no, have to wait till next Monday. Last time using them.Updated. After being contacted. Was very happy with the the response/ resolution.
