My first time using their service and I am more than pleased. I brought in a very dirty insulated FR parka, insulated bibs and a pair of coveralls and they came back looking damn near new and no longer smell like h2s. Customer service is top notch I emailed a few questions and I received a phone call from a very polite helpful lady who answered all my questions and gave a thorough explanation of the services they provide.
